PARENTS MEETING （ for IFY）
Dear parent,
There will be a Parents’ Meeting on Friday 24 November in Room 205 of HFI. I hope that you will be able to attend.
After the presentations we will arrange an interview for you with one of the IFY teachers who is teaching your child. Your interview time will be confirmed later. There will also be time for you to see a College Counselling Centre representative. In addition, other senior staff will be available if you wish to discuss any questions with them. The agenda for coming Parents Meeting are given as below.
Presentation (by principal) on academic progress, future work, and good study habits (for ALL students and parents). The presentation will also include information on IFY End of Semester 1 exams, and how they will affect students’ predicted grades and university applications.
14:15-15:00
Presentation (by College Counselling Centre) on the student UCAS Application Procedure.
Individual parent-teacher appointments (15 minutes per student)
Can you please contact us to confirm that you will attend at the time arranged before 21 November? If the time is not convenient, please let us know and we will try to arrange another time. If you are not able to attend, please also inform us so that we can send your child's report card to you.
