PARENTS MEETING
September 29, 2017
To the parents of AP10 Students
There will be a Parents’ Meeting on Friday 29th September on the 3rd Floor Auditorium of the Affiliated High School of South China Normal University. I hope that you will be able to attend.
The meeting will consist of a presentation, before or after which there will be an interview for you with teachers who is teaching your child and Head of school counsellors (Ms. Jin). Your child should make this appointment with one of the teachers who are teaching him/her. The teachers will discuss arrangements for this with the students during class. A summary of day’s arrangement is given as below. Please contact the class tutor if you would like to book a meeting with the principal (due to time constraints, only a limited number of meetings will be available).

Can you please contact the class tutor to confirm that you will attend before 27th September? If you are unable to attend, please also inform us so that we can send your child's report card to you.
