To the parents of AP11&12 Students

尊敬的AP 高二高三学生家长：

There will be a Parents’ Meeting on Friday 6 January on the 3rd Floor Auditorium of the Affiliated High School of South China Normal University. I hope that you will be able to attend. 

我们将于1 月6 日（周五）在华师附中三楼讲学厅举行家长会，希望您能参加。

The meeting will consist of presentations from senior staff. After the presentations you will have a chance to have an individual appointment with one of your child’s teachers. The bookings for individual appointments will be done on a first come first served basis. Your child will make the booking for you during school time, so if you have a preferred time or teacher, please communicate this with your child. 

家长会将由本校资深教职工进行学术内 容安排宣讲。在会议结束后您将有机会与您孩子的老师进行一对一的面谈交流。预约与 老师的面谈将采取先到先得原则。您的孩子可以在校内进行预约， 如您有需要安排的 时间和想面谈的老师，请与您的孩子沟通。

Agenda

（家长会总安排）如下：

09:00 – 09:45 Presentation for ALL Year 11 and 12 students and parents on end of semester 1 exam results, predicted grades, semester 2 study and academic calendar 2017‐18. 

面向所有高二和高三的学生及家长，就第一学期的 考试结果，预估成绩以及第二学期的学习事宜作报告，2016‐17 学术 日历。

 09:45 – 10:30 College application preparation and winter holiday homework for Year 11 students; 

Year 12 students’ college application progress. 

高二学生大学申 请准备工作和寒假作业；

高三学生大学申请进度和说明。 

10:30 – 12:00 Individual appointments (10 minutes per student) 

老师与家长单独面谈 （每位学生10分钟）

12:00 – 13.00 Lunch 午餐

13:00 – 16:00 Individual parent‐teacher appointments (continued)
